Chad was great, thorough and very patient! He took my case on despite the time working against us and he worked towards ensuring I received the best. He mitigated risks and ensured I understood how each decision we were making. I had already gone to the EEOC and received a right to sue, he explained to me what the EEOC did what that letter even meant and really helped me navigate through some things that didn’t make sense to me before! In the end, we were able to settle this case VERY quickly and close that painful chapter with my old employer. No amount of money could ever repay the hurt and pain I suffered, but I am grateful I got a resolve!
