I'm giving 5 stars and haven't even signed a contract yet with them. I have shopped around with my case with multiple other firms, and had offers. However, this firm caught my attention immediately with their fast responses in emails, phone calls with intake, and moving into a conversation with a lawyer within a day or two. Teri and Jesus from the intake process / information collection were amazing. I'm choosing this firm based on their perseverance and care with my unfortunate situation BEFORE being accepted into their family. I know they will do what they can for me better than most other firms already. Thank you for everything you have done so far!

They got in touch about my case quickly which was great, but the intake counselor (as sweet and helpful as she was) did not seem well prepared to discuss my case and the paralegal I spoke to seemed to become adversarial and dismissive through the course of our conversation. She complained about how much time our call had taken and kept laughing as she told me repeatedly that the attorney most likely wouldn't read all of my documentation before making a decision about whether to take my case. I found this behavior shocking and aggressive and declined to continue pursuing representation from this firm

The experience that I had at WenzelFentonCabassa, has been one of professionalism, and efficiency. The clear communication of what to expect and what will be done was there from the beginning and Mr. Cabassa definitely did what he said he was going to do. He explained that a different email should have been sent, as my situation is unique. He took the time to provide a thorough explanation of the firm’s decision not to take my case and, in doing so, made it clear that they were actually looking out for my best interest. Attorney Fenton was extremely pleasant on the phone and provided valuable insights. His perspective aligned with that of another lawyer I highly trust, which reassured me that their decision was well-founded. Given this experience, I would absolutely consider Wenzel Fenton Cabassa, P.A. as my backup legal team if needed in the future.

From the initial discussion to handling all the minute details, the team at Wenzel, Fenton, Cabassa were utmost professionals. It is not something you want to do, but when you sue someone, it is nice knowing the team you hire are in your corner helping you get resolution. Amanda & Nikole were absolutely an amazing support and help during my case.
