I was at a standstill with finding someone that would handle my case. They were the only ones willing to give it a shot, and the results were amazing, thankful to have been blessed with their help.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr Cabassa and he did a fantastic job for me. His team was fantastic as well. My situation was complicated, I live in Texas and employer was out of New York but we were required to file in Florida and I’m glad we did because no attorney out there could of done a better job than Mr Cabassa. I was kind of a pain because I like to understand everything, so I ask lots of questions but Mr Cabassa was very understanding and patient with me and I appreciate that so much. During mediation he was in control the entire time. I can only imagine he’s a pitbull in the court room. Thank you Mr Cabasssa for everything you did for me. I would highly recommend him for any case you have, you will not be disapointed! After reading other reviews I wanted to add that Mr Cabassa did everything he said that he would do. My case wasn’t an easy case and had multiple moving pieces and Mr Cabassa handled everything for me. I was on a tight schedule for filing as well and he met every deadline and came through for me 100%!! 45% is on the higher end for attorney fees because in Texas it’s 40% but it’s money well spent because I can finally move on with my life. Thanks again!
