Dishonest people. Will file lawsuits against this law firm . Start getting invoices from this lawyer for the job they never done

This people are scam . I’ve hired them as a company Tampa Bay Floors. They burned $6000 never maid a complaint. I DON’T recommend to use them at all. Will tell you everything is good , we will do , we will do. At the end of the day they didn’t even send me invoice and called me again for the retainer. Worst business practices.

Terrible experience with 4 rivers law firm . Just paid 3k last week , didn’t receive any bill. They called me saying that my retainer is down . Unfortunately business practices.

Our company reached out to Four Rivers Law firm recently to spearhead SIX trademarks. We could not be more delighted and impressed with them. Critical points that need to be highlighted would be their thorough due diligence, constant communication, clear and concise direction as well as responses in record time. We never had to call them because they were on top of the entire process from beginning to end. They provided answers before we even had to ask the question. We have more work for them in the near future and would NEVER consider going with another firm. Abigail was our "go to" person and she is not only a talented professional but made the process almost too easy.

I can’t say enough good things about this law firm. Denise was so kind and patient with me. There was never a rushed phone call or never was I made to seem unimportant. In just seconds I was able to talk to Denise about a question or concern. Everything was handled so well, easily and most importantly with so much kindness. It wasn’t a money making scheme like others I talked to. Denise made me feel loved the whole time and in the end we got what we wanted and I deserved. Thank you Denise and Four Rivers!

I really recommend working with this law firm also Denise is awesome to work with. I wouldn’t take a moment back working with them. Everything was handles professionally on their end which put my mind at ease.

Really disappointed with this firm. Had appointment December 6 for a trademark and hired them because of their quick turnaround time. I got them all the information and payment in full the next day. Joe had told me that it could be filed within the week of our appointment. However, after many attempts of calling, and emailing before Christmas, they finally filed this afternoon. He had said things got busy, blah blah blah, but did not reach out or give any information about the updated timeline. Very poor communication and time management skills. *edited after reading company response— email was sent and went into spam- so no one’s fault. When I happened to Call a full week later to check on the status, I was informed that a week ago the email was sent……not sure why they wouldn’t call me since a week had gone by with no response from me. Again, lack of urgency and communication. Their question for me could have been resolved with a simple phone call, but it took over a week and I was the one who reached out.

Four Rivers really made our defense process a breeze. They are good at what they do.

Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and efficient. Joe and his staff were all I could have asked for and I won't hesitate when a need or referral opportunity arises.

Many people will lie to you just to get your money. In our consultation, he acknowledged that I was dealing with a hostile, psychopath of a neighbor. He said that I could hire him and that he could help me take care of some of the issues, but then he gave me advice that he thought was better for me and my family. I felt like he was talking to me on a human level, instead of on a business level.

Joe Southron and Sam Moses are outstanding. They prepared a first rate document for me that included provisions I hadn't considered, completed the project ahead of schedule and all on a flat fee basis. Plus, they kept me updated so frequently that I actually began to relax during what could have been a high stress project.
