Merlin Law Group, PA arranged a settlement from our homeowners insurance because Irma hurricane roof damage had been denied. Everything that was explained to us about how our settlement would be resolved did take place. We were pleased it took a reasonable time to resolve and our roof will be replaced. The fees and expenses for their service was paid by our insurance company. Our experience with our attorney and his staff was excellent.

Very poor communication - they never called me ; I always had to call them for updates on my case and was never able to speak to the attorney. Every time I called a new paralegal had been assigned to my case and it felt like Groundhog Day. One day I called looking for an update and they informed me that they had sent me a a letter terminating their representation of me 60 days prior (they hadn’t). They strung me along for a year and they dropped me. I will never use them again. PS: I didn’t initiate this post. They (perhaps mistakenly?) sent me a link asking me to rate them.
