Its a real process and took about 5 months but he always answered emails and kept me abreast of any developments

I found Atty Lambert online and contacting him regarding getting my FL CGC, as I was a licensed Contractor for 30 years in MA. He explained the process thoroughly to me and made it seamless. He kept me informed and answered all my questions during the process. Dealing with the state authority coupled with many numerous forms needed, it was very good deal for his service and would recommend him to all.

I have been a licensed GC in California for 20 years; Now I Hold a CGC license in Florida as well!! I want to give my highest regards to Jason and his Team (Jessica)!! I am a very skeptical person by nature. I read so many conflicting reports on my General Contractors Lic from California being reciprocal in the state of Florida I had no idea what direction to go. I came across Jason's website in my search and reached out. I had a phone consult with Jason, and he said he has had a great success rate of getting Ca. Contractors their license in Florida. Me being me, that did not convince me, even his reviews did not convince me, but I had to try something. I paid his requested retainer, which was very reasonable for the service provided, and followed his instructions. Provided documents needed, which weren't a lot. I rolled the dice. I started the process in Dec. 2022 and just got my Fl. CGC Lic. last week 3/23. So about 4 months for the process. There were a couple additional docs and some changes needed to the application by the DPBR, Jason and his team (Jessica) took care of these changes and docs needed. Not only did I get my license, but because of my experience in construction and length of time I was licensed in California, I was able to get the CGC license, which if you know, is the best possible license to have for a GC in Florida. I was not expecting that. But Jason and his team saw this and applied for the appropriate license for me based on all of the above. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to dive into this process.
