Amazing.

I was so blessed to have Mr. Sharpless represent me in my Disability Case. We achieved a favorable decision. It took a few years but through it al, Mr. Sharpless and Jennifer never stopped fighting for me and believing in me and my Case. I now consider us all Family. I owe so much to both of them. They're very special people. I would most definitely, highly recommend Mr. Sharpless for any Attorney needs. I'll never go anywhere else, if I need an Attorney again in the future. It was my good fortune to find John Sharpless while searching for an attorney who could help me navigate through the complexities of Worker’s Comp. My only regret was that I had not pursued retaining an attorney earlier. There was so much I did not understand about the laws in this area. He took on the burdens I had been carrying and made things easier for me during the most difficult time of my life. From the very beginning, John put me at ease. He was patient with the many questions I asked of him. Some I asked multiple times and he answered with the same professionalism and patience as if my repeated question was the first time he was being asked. John always made himself available in whatever form I wished to communicate; in person, by phone and through email. I appreciated his objective and calm delivery of information when providing insights and context I needed to understand my situation and options. Ashby Davis and his team, Shakena, Irma and Kimberly, were amazing! This was my first experience with legal representation and I didn't know what to expect. Ashby listened and explained matters as we went along so I was always aware and understood the specifics before or as they occurred. At mediation, the mediator commented that in all her 30+ years experience she had never seen such a precise and finely detailed presentation as Ashby delivered. He made me feel extremely confident with his advice and attentiveness and his expertise allowed us to settle without going to trial. Kudos to an incredible legal team that I would highly recommend!

In late 2019 I employed Mr. John Sharpless to represent myself in a worker's compensation case. He was recommended by notable attorney Mac Greco of Tampa Florida. My first impressions from Mr. Sharpless, and his capable paralegal Lauri Yeoman, were that I had come to the right law group and lawyer to handle my case. In that first meeting they were both very courteous, patient, and professional. They remained so throughout my interactions with them. They responded to a great number of questions I had in easy-to-understand language. In the following months as my case progressed, neither of them ever seemed hurried to dismiss my seeking of information. That is not to imply that Mr. Sharpless did not initiate contact with me, he did on a consistent basis. I was never in the dark as to how my case was progressing. When the legal action began to draw to a close, it was up to myself as to decide whether to settle with the insurance company or not. Mr. Sharpless presented the facts to me and never pressured me to settle the case or to litigate. In the end, I felt that I received a fair settlement. It is also to be stated that the terms of my contract with The Winer Law Group were more than fair and easy to understand. I cannot overstate the kindness, respect, and professionalism with which these two treated me. I am glad I chose John Sharpless and Lauri Yeoman to help me resolve my worker's compensation case and would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking professional legal advice or representation.

John is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend him. He, and his firm, handled my Social Security case in an efficient and professional manner. Its always great when you call in to your attorney and actually get to talk to him. All my paperwork was done quickly, and correctly, and my phone calls were always returned quickly. When I hired John I was up to my wits end with my Worker’s Compensation company. He not only helped me, he alleviated a lot of stress and took care of me from beginning to end. Him and his staff are very sympathetic to the injured worker and I highly recommend his firm.

These people have been great. My case (car accident) was transferred to this firm from another local firm in the Bradenton area. I was concerned because I’m not comfortable driving in Tampa but they all made sure that they accommodated my needs each step of the way. When the case was finally set for trial (yet another year out), my attorney, Mr Ashby Davis, contacted the defendant’s carrier and my own carrier and was able to settle both cases relatively quickly and for appropriate amounts. From paralegals to my attorney, all parties treated me well and walked me through any process I was unfamiliar with. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sharpless. 5 years and he fought consistently! Very easy to communicate with and discuss desired results that you wish to see. He is definitely dedicated to getting results no matter how long it takes. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again if the need arises (although, I hope it doesn't).

Rarely does one meet a true professional with an outstanding track record in the courtroom who still believes that the client's time is just as valuable as theirs. ASHBY DAVIS IS THAT PERSON. 90% of the time Mr. Davis answers his cell phone immediately. At the very least, he'll call back by the end of the business day.
