I am very pleased to share this A+ review of the Sammis Law Firm in connection with a careless driving citation with property damage that I received last January; I hold a Class B CDL. On my own, I filed the paperwork with the Court to plead not guilty. But as the weeks and months passed due to the Pandemic-related backlog, I decided to hire an attorney. I searched the internet and decided upon Sammis Law Firm; I'm glad that I did. Atty. Leslie Sammis returned my call within an hour, listened very carefully to my side of the event, and formulated a game plan right then by phone. She also gave me a reduction of the retainer because I had already filed the initial pleading. Leslie and her paralegal, Tammy, kept me updated at every turn. I was only asked to submit my narrative to them in writing (by email) and, the evening before the hearing, send them a second email with any last minute thoughts --- I did carefully draft and send both emails. At the hearing, Leslie presented my case to the judge and moved to dismiss. The judge granted her motion and dismissed the case on the spot, before the hearing even started. I realize that not every case is succinct as mine. But if you want an attorney and paralegal to listen to you, to provide valuable and real feedback (both logistical because of the Pandemic and legal), and then to move forward for and with you at Court, I highly recommend that you retain Sammis Law Firm. What can I say John helped me out in a very very bad situation! Well in my thoughts it was a bad situation but everyone is different. Definitely very quick on being responsive. Sharp and really to be honest a no B.S kind of guy. Straight to the point and doesn't have you chase false hopes and false realities. It is what it is. Glad I got him...It definitely definitely could have been alot worse in my case.

Hello my name is Ken my sister found this firm online for me the worst mistake she ever made. When I went to met with attorney met with a attractive women who said all the right things very skilled liar said she went to Stetson Law School its where they master the game they play . My former attorney Adam Dunn went there he ripped me off stole 11000.00 dollars from me found out he was working with States Attorney fired him .Gave her 8000.00 dollars but things did not seem on the up and up so on my check wrote for the hiring of attorney Amanda Brunson .So when I contacted Amanda she did a 180 and started making me feel like she had played me and stole my money .So on my first court date with the firm a guy showed up I had never met said he was my lawyer not the deal I made with Amanda called firm they said they can do what the want and I had no choice but to accept it .So this guy Josh calls me tells me a deposition was good which is a total lie so I call firm they say the owner will call me back never happened they have not responded to emails or phone calls found out Leslie Sammis was a former prosecutor I sent email to either to do what I what I hired them for or give me my money back but there doors are looked at firm they stopped all communication with me ..
