This guy is the rudest attorney I have ever spoken to. Doesn’t wanna listen just wants to tell you to be quiet and let him talk. No feeling no emotions. I understand that in court there is no feelings or emotion. It’s fax, but you’re still talking to a potential client you have to connect with absolutely the worst I have ever spoken to. It’s true what they say. He is an attorney for men so women stay away.

During consultation John said the absolute worst most disrespectful things on the phone. He used domestic violence as an example/analogy (which I'm a victim of) to prove his invalid point. This man is severely disturbed.

Don’t hire John if you want to be lied to, through this whole process John has been nothing but honest and upfront with me. John is quick to respond if you ever need questions, I’m talking within the hour if not minutes of asking. I’m very grateful for John and his team for they helped me get my son back after my ex took him to California earlier this year without notifying myself or the school essentially leaving in the middle of the night. And with John’s help I won trial and my son is coming home I couldn’t be happier and I wouldn’t want anyone else in my corner other than John. Thank you so much!

Talked with Joshua Briefly - told me how we would proceed and to send him over information which was sent within minutes of getting off the phone with him. Since it was close to the firm closing I assumed he’d call me back in the morning or email. Even if the paper work did take longer to draw up he couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions or return my calls or texts. Very unprofessional I had my suspicion this firm was a waste of time to even try and I was correct.

John was a great attorney, he was very attentive. Every question, call, or text he responded almost immediately. I am very happy with his services. I highly recommend him to everyone!

I will give him minus 5 stars if I can. He threw me under the bus. He will push for unnecessary demands made from opposite counsel without using his head. He is aggressive and quick but not to argue for you but against you. Dont trust google reviews and all his websites reviews. I ended up paying $160000 more to my ex because of his lack of knowledge about case and details. What he does is he will ask opposite attorney to send proposal and negotiate few dimes here n there. He is frustrated himself in his life and that gets reflected on client. Complete Fraud. Think 300 times before hiring him. If he replies I never hired him then he is lying just FYI.

When I filed for my divorce I was in a very bad place dealing with depression and being forced out of my home. From the very beginning I was treated with respect, professional, and with a straightforward honesty that allowed me to make proper choices. God forbid I'd ever have to go through this again but if I did I wouldn't even think about who to hire in order to handle my divorce. I would definitely make the same choice again.

John was very hardworking and always available. Although he can be a little abrasive, he is also very caring, understanding and compassionate. People tend to focus on the negative rather than the positive. It's his job to push for his client. I don't want a lawyer who isn't a little abrasive. At least I know he isn't going to take the easy way out or accept no unless it's unreasonable. He pushes you to get your stuff in, but he can't help you, unless you also want to help yourself. There's required documents that only you can attain for use during the prep phase and has timelines determined by the government. Get those to him quickly. Help him, help you. Anytime I had a question or any issues I could talk to him generally within 10 minutes. I even talked to him once late a night and felt bad for it. I tried to be respectful of his time though. Technically he works for you, but there are limits to everything. Honestly, I recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. Some expect miracles. I know he can only do what is within the limits of the law and in my heart believe he did everything he could to help. If you want someone who's going to fight for your best interests then John is your guy. I got 50/50 as a father, but was terrified I wasn't going to get to see my daughter. Fortunately I had a favorable outcome. I appreciate everything he did for me and will use him in the future if any other issues arise. Hopefully I don't need to.
