After a terrible car accident in November 2022, my son referred me to John DeGirolamo. To be honest my first words were he’s a Divorce Lawyer. My son assured me he was the Lawyer for me knowing how tough I can be! Well 8 months later I got the max settlement anyone can get in a truck accident. Not only did I get the max but he had my hospital bills cut in half. Thank you John and Michelle for all the HARD WORK! And putting up with my forgetfulness due to my TBI!

His assistant was really nice but I didn’t talk to him much. He also just went with basically the first offer the ex-wife’s lawyer asked for so I don’t feel like he tried to represent me.

I’d like to just say the 30 min conversation I had with John was the best decision I could have made. I was spoken to directly and given facts. The conversation we had gave me enlightenment and reassurance in my case. I would highly recommend this lawyer.

I do not recommend this attorney if you are looking for someone to quickly help you. Our case was one year plus and very costly and the ex got everything she wanted plus because he didn't fight for my son at the final stages.

John was always available to answer my questions/concerns and his explanations were always simple and on point.
