I can't stress enough how important it is to help even when you can't personally do so. I reached out to them asking for assistance, they responded very quickly and although they could not help me for my case, they were willing to point me in the right direction. This shows a lot of professionalism as I have been told by other firms, "we don't handle those cases" and hung up. They were willing to call me and point me to an attorney that may be more suitable for my situation and I really appreciate that. After a long search, we landed in the hands of KNG. Met their paralegal at an IT Conference. Instantly liked their profile and have assigned a few cases. We got 67% result in the first set. That is a great relief for us. Kaitlyn is brilliant. She reviews and analyses the case first and presents us a good picture of the 'approval probability', merits and the potential challenges of the case. That is way to start off any case. Again once we send out the case, LCA is applied immediately, petition papers come right away for signatures. This is absolutely the first firm I have noticed acting so quickly. Kailyn is knowledgeable, provides the right insight into the laws, guidelines, etc. We currently are enjoying working with KNG. I hope they will keep up the good work even after adding more clients.
