My case did not take long at all which was great for me auto accident was on 11/19/18 an we closed last week 04/05/19!!!!! Yea me Jessica Perez was amazing I'll recommend this frim to anyone!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars but I can not. Absolutely the worst law firm ever. The Paralegal for Robert Samartan has ZERO customer service skills. She is rude and dismissive. They called and called to retain my case in 2017, and they don't respond to text or emails and when I decide to let them go that's when they want to give an update. I fired them in August of 2018 and I have been contacting them for a letter confirming that they are no longer working on my case so that I can finalize my settlement and since August of 2018 my call, voice messages, emails and mails and have gone unanswered. I spoke to the Paralegal again today and it was not until I threatened legal actions and a report to the Bar Association that responded. IT IS NOT A THREAT IF I DO NOT GET A LETTER THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER MY ATTORNEY AND AN INVOICE, I AM SUBMITTING THE COMPLAINT TO THE FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION.

After contacting Catania & Catania, I was set up with a doctor, and was able to start physical therapy. I was even able to find a clinic within minutes away from my home, made therapies much easier. Thanks Mary Jones and the team of Catania & Catania. Dwayne king

The worst!! My husband was in a really bad accident and we were referred to them. What a headache! After answering the same questions a million times & never calling me back they dropped his case without even telling him. They lied and told me things they couldnt and wouldn't do. They told me they emailed and called my husband regularly with updates which was a lie. Dont waste your time! They lazy and do absolutely nothing but make you wait for nothing!

After 2 lumbar surgeries from 2 different doctors I have the same symptoms. Low back pain that increases to severe and my right leg muscles seize up. MRI shows a crushed nerve and pinched nerve. Neither doctor fixed that. Catania and Catania say it's up to me to prove that the problem is permanent. Isn't that the job of an attorney. I've had 3rd and 4th surgeon say don't do another surgery. Looks like I'm screwed
