When I sought a divorce attorney I was given Mr. Howard's name. His assistant immediately set me up with an appointment hearing the desperation in my voice. My appointment was very comfortable considering I had just been left by my husband of over 30 years. Mark stated the facts to me as to what the divorce laws were and spelled out to me in simple language what I was facing. We met many times over the next several months working together to obtain a fair and favorable settlement. Needless to say, Mr. Howard succeeded by leaps and bounds. My divorce was finalized 3 months after initial filing. I would recommend Mark (and have done so to others) as being an outstanding caring counselor with a above average knowledge of the law. I still do consider him my "hero".

I was referred to Mr Howard by my corporate attorney and I was very impressed. When you are in a family and custody situation , you need to hire an attorney who of course is the best, but you also want someone that really cares about the case,and Mr. Howard showed that through his empathy and hard work. He was their for us 24/7. Try to find an attorney that would do that!

Mr. Howard did an excellent job in my case. So good, that we did not have to go to court or mediation. I would not be able to express how respectful I feel about this attorney. He has an amazing patience and tact which makes it easy to imagine why people go to him for comfort and advice while they dealing with a sensitive and emotional situation. I was happy with the attention he showed me even though his schedule was probably super busy. I really appreciate this. I have retained Mark Howard for over two years to assist with ongoing custody modifications. He came highly recommended and has lived up to his reputation. Mark handled my divorce and a couple years later my child custody case. He was very quick to respond to my emails, phone calls and text messages. His office assistant was very nice and compassionate toward the tough situation with my ex and even spent time talking to me and reassure me things would be ok. Mark was always early for court and even walked me to my car! Very nice man to do business with. I would highly recommend him and am very glad I have him in my phone should I need a lawyer in the future.
