I was very lucky to meet this truly sincere and professional immigration attorney Mr. Maney for my visa process. As far as I know, my H-3(training) visa is one of the toughest visa to get, especially "in time". When I had my internship approved, I had to come to the States in 4 months; which means I had to get my visa in 2 months to prepare the departure. When I reached Maney&Gordon&Zeller, my first impression was confidence and professionalism. He did not promise me any result but he guaranteed that he will do his best on this very challenging task and I could feel his sincerity in the way he took care of my case. His follow ups were really fast and regular; in fact, the fastest follow ups I had ever experienced from American companies, his instructions were clear and in order, the legal service was fully satisfied until the end of the process. Understandably I got my H-3 visa just in time and started my internship right on time. The price I paid for this great legal service was worthy of saving time and effort, and a good result! Yo entre con una visa de tránsito (para un tercer país ) y dicha visa no calificaba para hacer un ajuste, yo fui a 4 abogados y todo me dieron la misma noticia que no podía cambiar mi estatus pero no me di por vencido y visite la oficina de este señor Gordon o Richard y con mucha convincente y dominio del tema me dijo que si podía hacerme el ajuste y así lo hizo gracias a Dios y su experiencia. Maney & Gordon handled my Citizenship back in 2012, and everything went swimmingly. They sent me a letter and instructions when I had to get my fingerprints taken, and I had a meeting with Mr. Zeller well ahead of my interview so that I could be ready for it. The interview went great and M&G did everything to make it a simple process for me!
