Mr. Fernandez recently represented me in a criminal case that could have had far reaching negative implications into my life. However Mr. Fernandez' many years of criminal defense work, combined with his experience in dealing with members of the Hillsborough County court system proved to be extremely beneficial to his ability to represent me. The end result was that I have my freedom and peace of mind back. Mr. Fernandez and his entire staff are highly recommended!!

My personal opinion , Daniel is the best lawyer in town, I faced very ugly felony charges in 2012 which I was placed in the best probation there is thanks to Danny, later on 2015 I was arrested for Racketeering and violated my probation! Daniel got me clean off the hook by proving the lies and illegal warrant against me! And most important part, my family and I was always treated like family in his office! I highly recommend him!
