Pretty horrible experience. He was extremely rude and whenever I called to ask questions about my case he seemed very annoyed and at one point got angry with me about a question I had about one of my probation requirements (I had never gotten in trouble with the law and moved home to another state so there were differences between the states and I needed clarity on how to handle). Not to mention, after doing the research on DWI outcomes, he really did nothing for me. Thousands of dollars down the drain for someone who was making a person feel worse than I already did to begin with.

10/10 recommend!! Honestly going through the whole process was as easy as can be and I have to give a shout out to Tim and Kayla for being on top if it!!! Their patience with me is what I appreciate the most!! Im not the smartest especially when it comes to understanding the paperwork but the whole team helped me understand what was happening and kept me well informed. All i had to do was focus on my recovery and they kept reassuring me that they had it under control and they did!! I was not disappointed one bit, i would recommend them to everyone who has gotten into a car accident. The professionalism and care for the case as well as myself, personally made me feel that they were the right team for the job!!

January of this year I was involved in my first car accident EVER, rear ended, car was totaled, and i did have some injuries.
