Absolutely a scam! No calls, emails or communication from this firm after they received my payment. They also caused my trade mark application to expire and refused to answer any questions as to why the job was not completed. I will be filing a police report, a complaint with the better business Bureau, the Tampa Bar a pursuing all legal action against this firm.
