I reached out to Bilecki Law Group initially for help putting together a GOMOR rebuttal. Tim and Ben immediately got to work putting everything together and helping to prepare for all possible outcomes. The rebuttal was very effective pointing out evidence that was entirely false, so effective in fact that it was removed and the initial GOMOR was taken away and later re-imposed with a new evidence packet. Ben Gold's writing and laying out of facts is second to none, clear, concise and very persuasive. Fast forward a few months and unfortunately the GOMOR was still permanently filed (as is often the case in these situations). I was going through the worse time of my life when I met Mr. Bilecki and Dave Hendrickson. I was faced with two specifications under the UCMJ. I was a marriedI was falsely accused of sexual assault months after having a consenual encounter with another servicemember. My command thought I was guilty from the beginning. If it wasn't for Mr. Belicki and my military defense team, I wouldn't be writing this letter. I am home with my family and have a wonderful job and it's all thanks to them. It does make me sad that the alleged victim gets to stay in the military after multiple false allegations but I'm happy I'm not in prison. I am a Chief Warrant Officer in the Marine Corps and stationed on Okinawa. The path I took to Bilecki and Tipon was shattering and terrifying.
