There are attorneys and there are paper pushers. Chad is truly the embodiment of defending the underdog. I am born and raised in Tampa. I know about every Joe Shmoe in this town. They do a great job taking pics on billboards marketing how tenacious they are loving themselves. Then when it comes to litigation it’s like wait a second, is it the same guy representing me ? Chad, from day one was aggressive , honest , respectful. My case wasn’t the easiest and it would take an attorney who could take the time to really see the complexity of the layers involved in order to have it solved. I had called some of the biggest names in town and was being told I didn’t have a case. It was mind boggling to me. Chad by far is one of the hardest working attorneys I have seen. In the middle of my case I fired my old attorney and hired Chad. I realized my case was going to fall part over laziness and a lack of care with filing with the proper government agencies. Chad was an angel from day one ! He did everything right away. I was seeing my case go from a standstill to it moving and the defendants no longer ignoring me. This man is beyond his years.
