He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client. My husband was facing 2 years of incarceration and potentially house arrest. Due to Mr. Shafii's persistent approach, meticulous knowledge of the law and mitigation, my husband's sentence was reduced to probation. Navigating through the legal system can be unsettling, especially when you are new at this, but his calm demeanor was instrumental in helping us stay the course. He is honorable and knowledgeable. He is well respected in the legal community and has earned this respect following the values of his faith and commitment to his vocation. He kept us informed from beginning to end. I was dealing a with a business partner who stole from me few years ago, but the case went criminal due to certain details. The case wasn't moving after 1 year and then I hired Shafi and literally the next day the State prosecutors office was following up and working towards a court date. Best 1 time session I ever had.

Mr. Shafii did a great job handling my case. I was worried at 1st and called and he told me to relax and he would call me after court date and he did and I was very pleased with the outcome. I also recommended him to a friend of mine who needed help with a DUI and he got his client the minimum Florida law allows for a 2nd DUI conviction and another friend who had a drug possession charge and he found a little error the arresting officer had made which in turn got the case dropped.
