This firm is the BEST. I was the representative for our small local union in a case against our employer. We had used Cynthia and her firm before in the past during contract negotiations and for a wrongful termination case. Both of these experiences had positive outcomes. Recently we had need of her services again for a contract dispute that had gone through the grievance process and now was heading to arbitration. Cynthia, Jennifer, and Amanda were our legal team and they were amazing!! They took the time to get to know the issue inside and out. They kept us involved and informed during the entire process and were wonderfully tenacious during the arbitration. In the end they prevailed with a judgement for our members valued at just over one million dollars. We have also recently used this firm on several unfair labor practice suits against our employer in which she has also prevailed and even secured payment for her fees from our employer. I have read other reviews that say they are only about the big money cases but in my experience that is just not the case. If anything, she seems very willing to go the extra mile for the small client and help and give the little guy a fighting chance. I can not say enough good things about this firm. They were honest, punctual, courteous, and sincerely concerned for me. I was given over 25 mins of free advice when they discovered I was a disabled veteran.. I highly recommend.

I received an email from their law firm after requesting some assistance because I'm new to everything with the eeoc and receiving a right to sue letter. So the receptionist emailed me back stating that the consultation is 250.00 which was fine. I don't know if this person thought I was of a different race when emailing me but when I called in and she noticed that I was a black female.her attitude and her demeanor was very nasty and rude ! If this is how your law firm treat people of color. It's very sad I pray that the your employees have a change of heart of how they are treating other no matter their skin color or nationality

I spoke to Cynthia about my situation. She was able to clearly explain to me my employers responsibility regarding my employment. Breaking down the legal stuff in such a way I was able to digest it. She was genuinely interested in hearing about the details of my case which sadly, doesn't seem common to me. If she wasn't sure she made sure to get clarification and didn't jump to any conclusions. What impressed me most is that she was honest to a fault. While she would represent me on my case if I wanted her to, it isn't necessary at this stage. She gave me alternatives to try first that will likely result in a better outcome for everybody except Cynthia. I'd highly recommend considering Cynthia in any employment matters because she is easy to talk to. It wasn't a chore, it felt like chatting with a friend who was looking out for my best interest and explaining things that I'd never thought of. If I have any situations in the future that her law firm handles, I won't hesitate to reach out!

The entire staff was professional and pleasant to work with. The attorney representing me resolved my case and I was satisfied with the outcome. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this firm.
