My experience with Hackworth Law was outstanding he immediately took my case and kept me informed through out the whole ordeal. He was very knowledgeable and showed he was experience with handling my case. He was fair and flexible with his payment options. He explained to me what had to be completed outside of court to on my end to better assist him and myself. all in all i would definitely use him again (hopefully i wont have to) and recommend him to others so they can experience his great service.

I can't say enough about Jonathan Hackworth. Until now I have never needed the expertise of a lawyer and I am thankful every day that I have Jon representing me. Of course the people he works with are all true professionals but to me it's the attention and the care that you are given personally by him that sets his work above others. I always felt informed and aware of our goals in the process and on many occasions he was available to answer my questions to just put my mind at ease. I think for me, for so many reasons, there are many lawyers that you can find but you will not find another with his patience, his understanding, his knowledge, and even his charisma. Jon handled a few legal matters for me ranging from traffic tickets to a car accident. My ticket was dismissed and I was very pleased with the settlement from the car accident. I highly recommend him. His staff is also very receptive to the needs of clients and telephone calls are always returned.

A few years ago today, my child's mother threatened to abandon state with our toddler. I filed the necessary paperwork in the courthouse pro se. He is personable, he does not make you feel rushed, he conducts business using his own cell phone which is extraordinary and that is not all, Mr. Hackworth assisted me in winning majority custody of my daughter. As a father, most people doubted the possibility of this outcome for the last two years of my life. Attorney Hackworth made this possible.
