I must say that this firm was nothing but professional during my entire case. It was a pleasure to work with their team. From the very first consultation, all the way through the process, I never felt rushed. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step. They periodically updated me on the case, and gave me time frames as to when the next step would take place. The last step in my case was Mediation. They selected a very experienced mediator who I'm sure contributed to the positive outcome of the case. I am taking the time to write this review because I spent a significant amount of time reading reviews before I selected this firm. Many, much larger firms, had literally 100's of negative reviews. To use a well known phrase by a very large firm. I'm convinced that "Size does matter", and smaller is definitely better.

I just wanted to say how much I absolutely love this firm! They helped me win an injury case from a car accident 2-3 years ago to which I forgot to do a 5 star review for. I wish this allowed us to give even MORE STARS!!! I had a 2nd accident recently where the other person was at fault as well in which I also got a settlement thanks to this firm with Meghan Fogg and Brian K!!! These two are AMAZING! I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO USE THEM!!!! THANKS Y'ALL!

When I was in a bad accident my daughters law firm recommended Marc and his team. From my hospital bed Marc promised to handle everything, my only responsibility was to get better. True to his word, his team handled all the insurance and legal issues which resulted in a large settlement. Better yet, I didn’t have to deal with any insurance companies. On his recommendation i saw several specialists that helped me immensely. In the 3 years it took (covid delayed) they did it all. Thank You Mark for making a horrible experience bearable.
