My first lawyer & I don’t think I’ll ever have a 2nd. If I ever needed a lawyer again i would be a returning customer for certain! Went the extra mile on my “cases” & got things taken care of without a doubt ! Hackworth is a great lawyer & definitely deserves the credit!

Jon Hackworth did great! As a guy going through a divorce, I expected to be screwed over, however, it turned out pretty fair. Jon did a great job helping me stay calm and focused. Despite being a lawyer, he is a good dude and I would recommend him. If I ever need a lawyer again in the future and he covers that realm of law, I will use his services.

John Hackworth and his law firm helped me out tremendously, the mother of my children (my ex-wife) tried to take my children to California spur of the moment and move our children away from me. I had no parenting plan in place to prevent that, Mr. Hackworth took my case on and got me an emergency court order in under 48 hours. With his help I didn't lose contact with my children, I gained more quality time with them through a set parenting plan, he even finalized my divorce after being separated for 6 + years. Covid-19 hit during the middle of everything and Mr. Hackworth was able to have several of our court sessions via zoom. If you need an attorney for your case look no further. Very professional Jon and Melissa were a great team defending my parenting plan case. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They fought for my fathers rights and now I will be able to see my kids without issues!! They will fight for you until the very end. No matter how long it takes!
