We appreciated two things about Mr. Hackworth. He is extremely responsive. He texts back right away and any time we preferred a call, he made time that day. Secondly, he is upfront. He told us the pros and cons of our options without blowing smoke. He worked quickly in a time where it was hard to get answers because of the State Attorney being removed, and never made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked for updates. Highly recommend his services.

I have been using Mr. Hackworth for legal representation for approximately 5 years now. He has been thus far, the best lawyer I’ve dealt with. Quick with communication and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I couldn’t imagine using any one else for representation after hiring Mr. Hackworth.

I hired Jon about 5 yrs ago. I have used him several times for business and personal. He answers when you reach out with questions. Explains everything and all recommendations. He is the first attorney that’s not in it for the money. He is in it to do the right thing. He will always be my lawyer.
