I hired Jeff Paulk as my attorney. He was upfront in telling me realistic possible outcomes of my case. He was very knowledgeable and did a good job keeping me informed of the progress of the case and what to expect next. Even though things were stacked against me, Jeff was able to get the charges reduced and it was a satisfactory outcome. I also briefly met Mr. Thomas and he was courteous and helpful as well. I am so grateful because now I can get on with my life and put this mistake behind me.

I had the pleasure of Jeff Paulk handling my DUI case. Throughout the entire process, I was updated and informed of what was going on. Jeff is a very thorough, caring, considerate attorney and I would reccommend him to anyone with a DUI. My rare case involved two police cars being hit, as well as a third vehicle, and Jeff managed to get my DUI case reduced to reckless driving (even with my BAC at .17). Jeff Paulk worked with my wife in disputing an issue she had with TPD. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date with the progress of the case and was very timely with his communications to us.

I was arrested and charged with a felony.
