Scott took over my post judgement family court case that had lingered for 3 years, he got it resolved within weeks! One of the things I have learned is that you need an attorney that is not trying to win a popularity contest with other attorneys like the prior firm that mishandled my case. The owner of my prior firm bullied me into hiring their “bestie”, another a family law attorney, to be the guardian ad litem in my case. He did the WORST job, I found a criminal report on him for sexual battery and recently found he was also charged for BATTERY/ domestic abuse against yet another woman in 2020. That guardian ad litem they pushed on me was even forced by the court to surrender his firearms. I also found that he had websites dedicated to only helping men beat women in court, he obviously was not looking out for the best interests of my children. You need an attorney that is not afraid to fight for you and doesn’t make you feel that you must use an obvious woman abuser as a guardian ad litem. Save your money, get someone who is not looking to line their pockets by dragging your case out for years and years. Hire Scott Davis to represent you!
