Extremely Unprofessional !!!!!

Jeff Thomas represented my ex wife in her Battery case. He called me and intimidated me and harassed me making personal statements and jokes at domestic violence. He demanded i move out right away as if he was having a personal relationship with his client.He pried into my personal life asking about my marriage and asked personal questions about my finances and was extremely unprofessional and was reported for his misconduct to the florida bar. I am a cancer survivor and have no fortitude for this type of misconduct.

I cannot say enough about Scott and his firm. I have been working with him for over half a decade now on a highly contentious 3 year divorce and custody case and then further post divorce issues regarding custody, support and relocation for an additional 2. Throughout this time, Scott has worked diligently and tirelessly to represent me through mediations, seemingly endless filings, court appearances/trials, etc. and provided incredibly high quality and thorough legal representation, professionalism and truly extensive knowledge of the law from his many years in practice and in the courtroom. He was also incredibly caring, helpful and kind when listening to my many concerns or issues over the years, walking me through complicated legal issues that I didn’t understand, talking me through many options, problems, etc. While my ex-husband switched firms 4+ times throughout our cases, I stuck with Scott for good reason, and truly am grateful for him and his tireless efforts for me and my family, endless hard work, and patience over these years. He is absolutely tough and firm when he needs to be, but also compassionate and understanding, a very necessary balance in such emotional and trying issues that come up in family law cases. His level of knowledge and expertise and his attention to detail are impeccable, and he advises honestly with true care for you and your family. I would highly recommend him for any family law issues, you will be in great hands.
