I called this company to ask about the Late Fee Fairness Amendment Act Of 2016 I just wanted to know if it applied to landlord and tenants in Florida welp they wanted me to pay $100 to get a answer. Wow 100 for a simple question smh they are definitely not for the people. And the lady was rude and snappy about it. it's a good thing I was able to call another attorney and they were more than happy to help me with the answer. just in case someone wants to know yes it applies to FL

Previous caller is absolutely correct. Rude receptionist demanding to know the legal problem which is none of her business. She wanted $100 to let me speak to a licensed attorney. Tampa may fall for that but Winter Park does not!!!

I had the same bad experience like several other posters . Extremely rude. It also appears that the staff seemed to have had an extreme xenophobic attitude. They treated me like if I was from a third world country. Mr De Witt it is your staff and you are responsible for their actions. Interesting that you come to the conclusion that it is not his staff but the answering service. First that is not an excuse for what I consider an xenophobic attitude . Secondly, if someone post the review like myself at night that does not demonstrate that they called at the same time . I hope that more people have this bad experience and he continues to blame the answering service. I am wondering if you would like to be treated like that. Perhaps you could tell your staff who never even learned a second language nor will ever be able to do so to treat prospective clients with respect. I am glad that I did not hire this lawyer. If you are already treated in an unprofessional manner like this when you call that is simply not good. I hope they treat to continue to potential clients like this and the do nothing about it. The best of course would be that someone reports this to the Florida State Bar !
