I’ve worked with George Root for a couple years and he’s very knowledgeable, has always been timely in his responses, and extremely professional.

Most of my experience with this firm has been with George Root on a professional level. I would recommend him to any association. George is kind, has a strong work ethic, responds promptly to request from his clients and is able to resolve most situations without going to court. This is much apreciated by the associations he represents. He is transparent, easy to talk to, knowedgeable and flexible with his time. On a personal level, I have experience with a partner - James Regano who was able to settle a wrongful death case in a matter of months. I would recommend this firm.

We had an issue where a pipe broke in our 1/2 bathroom and flood not only the 1/2 bath but the laundry room as well. When I reported it to our insurance company, they accepted the claim and only paid us to replace the flooring in those rooms. I noted that the laminate we had was no longer available and that they should take care of the whole house. They declined to make full restitution. I contacted a Public Adjuster and he recommended that we also bring Nicole Vinson from the Stockham Law Group into this situation. Once Nicole assumed responsibility for the situation there was an immediate reversal by the insurance company. The made an offer and sent a check requesting settlement. Nicole was emphatic that the offer was not sufficient and that they, the insurance company needed to reassess their offer. She entered into mediation with the insurance company and as a result we received a settlement that will allow us to fully replace the flooring throughout the entire house. Without Nicole and the Stockham Law Group this would not have happened, and we would have been left with flooring within the house that was mismatched. We cannot say enough good things or thank Nicole and the Stockham Law Group sufficiently for the assistance and continual feedback as we worked through this process. Jeff & Harriett Schilit

3 months wasted... Multiple phone calls, emails unanswered and given a constant run around when there was communication. If this firm was unable to assist, that could have been communicated instead of leading me on.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. Shameful group.
