I'd like to recommend Jason Sampson at Venerable Law LLP. My girlfriend had a dispute with a local company not returning her deposit when it was very well owed which caused a lot of stress on her. After calling several attorneys who didn't know how to help her, Jason reviewed the agreement, sent a letter of representation, litigated with their attorney, and got her money back. Jason answered every one if her calls and got the issue resolved in a timely manner. Jason represents SMB's in the Tampa Bay Area. If you are an SMB looking for an attorney to represent your business without the "corporate feel," Jason IS YOUR GUY!

I didn't have to proceed with a lawsuit. Jason answered every time I called and Jennifer, his paralegal, was so prompt with providing documentation and correspondence. They both held the upmost transparency as well. Highly recommend!
