I first met Dereck in 2014 following a car accident. My case was handled very well, resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. The best part of working with Dereck is the “after.” I have contacted him for help in finding trustworthy lawyers for other needs, even 7 years after my personal injury case. I had hired Capaz law firm for my car accident back in 2015. Was very professional and settled my case in less time then I expected. Derek Capaz worked directly with me and got me more then what I had expected for my accident and more then any attorney would have gotten me. I have referred others to him as well. Recently I had an issue with a mechanic who damaged my vehicle and I reached out to him again and he was able to deliver once again!! I can’t say enough about him and his team.
