After getting arrested in the beginning of 2017, I was distraught and in total panic mode. I was nervous, upset, and every other depressing emotion you can think of. I was on the hunt of a great Tampa lawyer, I had consulted with many, until I came across Drew McCulloch. He was very knowledgeable about my case during our INITIAL INTERVIEW, which I was very pleased to see (He was the only attorney I saw that was basically already prepped in my case). He knew the details, and wanted to know my expectations. I told him my expectations, and he has met every single one of them. He got me into a Pre-Trial Intervention Program, which is almost complete and my charges will be dismissed soon. He has also been working parallelly with the department of health (something that is NOT required for him to do for me per our contract), and has helped me on both parallels of my case exponentially. Drew really cares about his clients, and he makes that very evident. Every court appearance he is able to attend (if no other conflicts in his schedule) he attends. I want to preface my last statement that I did not have any expectation of my private attorney attending every single minor drug court case as there is no reason for him to be at every one, but Drew has made an extremely strong effort and I thank him so much for that. He is extremely accessible via text, phone, and email, and if you need him to do something regarding your case, it is done almost immediately. I can confidently say I would not be back in my health professional career, yet alone back on my feet, without the guidance and assistance of Drew McCulloch. I highly recommend this attorney.

Consulted with the firm after getting a speeding ticket. Was able to get the ticket dismissed without affecting my driving record and without any efforts from my part. Did not even have to go to court, which was a huge burden for me. Highly recommend the firm!
