After being badly injured in an auto collision in Tampa a few years ago I retained a law firm and later found its attorneys lacked the skills to optimally handle my losses. In my dissatisfaction, I researched other law firms and came across Mr. Wagner’s website. I noted his experience and advanced credentials so contacted him, in so doing I found his experience and credentials to be only a small part of his extraordinary professionalism and compassion. Mr. Wagner is a solid advocate of honest, hardworking individuals injured by others’ negligence, then further victimized by the unscrupulous tactics of powerful insurance corporations looking to absolve those at- fault of accountability. He also advocates for individuals dissatisfied with sloppy (plaintiff) attorneys they naively retained to represent them after being injured and unable to understand their true losses. Under my circumstances, I was not in a position to formally retain Mr. Wagner but for months he was extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and kind in listening to my legal challenges regardless. In so doing, he steadfastly reassured me on tricky legal issues ambiguously explained by my retained attorneys as well as on understanding civil processes in general, and he never asked for anything in return. He was so clear in his communication and sincerity that I forgot I was talking with an expert of his caliber. From my unfortunate experience, I can attest that being seriously and unexpectedly harmed by another’s actions renders an individual extremely vulnerable and that the predatory practices of an adversarial insurance company exploits this vulnerability to levels most people cannot comprehend. If suddenly injured by another's disregard or negligence, you need the most ethical, skilled, sympathetic, transparent, and insightful legal advocate to not only stop your losses but to also ensure you are justly compensated for them. That advocate is Mr. Alan Wagner...simply stated, he is exceptional in every way.

I needed legal advise... I called this firm and Alan Wagner took my call immediately. After I explained the details of my potential legal situation, Mr. Wagner informed me that I do not have a case, however, he was very informative, thus explaining why. While I was not pleased that I do not have a case, this Attorney was outstanding, particularly due to the fact that I had never spoken to him prior to today. He even took the time to help me understand some current legal documents that were unclear... knowing that there was no financial gain for him. This type of character speaks volumes! Having worked as an executive in corporate America, thus having to converse with many Attorney's / Law Firms, this man is exceptional! He is the definition of integrity, as there was no doubt that he embodies a genuine concern / care for humanity. If ever I, or my family has to hire a Lawyer, Alan Wagner is the first person that I will call. Thank you again Alan! You reignited my faith that there are still professional Lawyers that do care about people.

Mr. Wagner took our case when numerous other lawyers would not. Though he knew that his return on investment would be low, he was willing to accept the case on principle. My wife and I didn't even have time to stop celebrating the fact that someone was willing to take the case before he actually had it settled. All along we were concerned about how much of our money we would ever be able to get back and he got every dime returned to us, with the payment plan in place in a matter of days from accepting the case. I can't say enough about his professionalism, demeanor, and knowledge.

I could go on and on about Mr. Wagner. I contacted him via his website and 30 minutes later I was on the phone with him himself. I explained my situation and while we were still on the phone he had sent a runner to the courthouse to get information that I would not have known how to get. He walked me through the entire process and, what had taken years with another attorney, took care of everything in about 90 days.
