By coming to Abrahamson & Uiterwyk I've had nothing but peace of mind when dealing with an unfortunate accident. Each person on my case were wonderful, not once did I feel neglected or confused they always make sure you understand everything and notify you about every step prior to moving forward with your case. I'd recommend them to anyone!

This is such a great firm to work with. They walked me through the entire process. I never felt like what is the status of my case? Did they forget about me? They followed up me on a regular basis and to me it showed that they care about me and my family!

Everything was handled in a professional manner. I was kept up to date as things progressed and whenever I called I received the information I needed. I felt like a person and not just another case number.

After my accident I was troubled by the fact that the other driver, the driver at fault, had the bare minimum of insurance. He had been smoking weed. When I had to turn to my own insurance company for all of my bills to be paid, I became aware of the unfortunate situation that a no-fault state, like Florida, is in. I was reluctant to get an attorney but realized that most accident cases in FL are handled in that way. Again, no-fault is partly to blame. I have lived in the Tampa area long enough to be nauseated by the by big law firms ads that try to convince us that they are not in it for the money but for "the people". I wanted a firm that was large enough to properly handle my case, and small enough that I wasn't going to be paying for million dollar a month ads with the attorney's portion. As I said, I can’t stomach those ridiculous ads. Abrahamson and Uiterwyk worked out perfectly for me. Every call I made, every step in the process, all of the questions I had were quickly and accurately handled. Unfortunately, my insurance company, the largest in Florida, is as tight as pyramid stones. They pay a high salary to their lizard, but have alligator arms when giving money to policy holders. Abrahamson and Uiterwyk made every effort on my behalf and did finally get a settlement from the insurance company. I certainly felt it should have been better, considering my situation, but my attorneys really did fight hard for me. I would highly recommend Abrahamson and Uiterwyk to anyone who is in an accident in this state. Thanks to all of the staff for a fine job.

Not happy with the out come seems like you can drive around florida and hit people and not pay for the consequence because they dont have body injury insurance and your assed out with medical bills and still in pain Since you can get away from this in florida why bother insuring your vehicle just go run people over they cant sue you. FACT.

This office did an amazing job, Jillian assisted with my case and she was so informative and always returned my calls so promptly. The results of my case were great all around they treated me and my family so well and we would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a personal injury attorney.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Amazing and prompt staff. There with you every step of the way. Veey honest and fair. They treat you like family. Highly reccomend them for anyone and I usually never do that.
