Took a while to get my money and it seemed that things only moved when I called to ask about them but otherwise great company, wonderful and transparent communication, I would definitely reccommend! They even gave me a $100 restaurant gift card after my case was finished.. So sweet ❤️

Hank Uiterwik represented my wife Suzanne M Robbins and we both agree Mr. (Hank) Uiterwik walked us thru the legal process extremely well. And we thank him and the firm. Suzanne's broken hip was repaired at that time and just this past July had to have it replaced. We do believe the settlement should have been a bit better. She will most likely have some issues for some time.

I was involved in a traffic accident on December 31st, 2014. I was rear ended when I was stopped. I was taken by rescue squad to Winter Haven Hospital for evaluation. I was very dizzy and was experiencing pain across my left shoulder and neck. My chest was sore from hitting the steering wheel. My seat belt was on, and the airbag did not deploy. It caused almost $5000 damage to the trunk of a 2013 Toyota.I called Abrahamsom and Uiterwyk and they came to me. My physical therapy and Dr. visits began immmediately. The whole procedure involving the Law firm took about 2 years to complete to settlement. They were very good about answering questions, and about keeping us informed.
