Highly recommended. Abrahamson & Uiterwyk handled my case when I was involved in a car accident and handled it quickly and professionally. Attorney Pimenta is very articulate, well organized with great attention to detail and VERY intelligent, as well as extremely knowledgeable of human anatomy and pathophysiology. Attorney Pimenta represented me in litigation regarding an injury that I had incurred to the spinal cord in my neck. He did an absolutely superb job at the Mediation Meeting describing the nuances of the injury that I had suffered, including, interpreting the MRI conducted on my cervical/neck spinal cord. His presentation was highly didactic, yet not pedantic. Thus, a lay audience would be able to understand him. At all of the meetings that I had with Attorney Pimenta, whether they be in person or over the telephone, he was always VERY well prepared and he knew all aspects of my case down to the minutia of detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the law firm of Abrahamson & Uiterwyk and, particularly, Attorney Justin Pimenta, to anyone in need of the best legal representation that one could find for litigation related to personal injury.
