Highly recommend this firm!

Car accidents are probably one of the scariest and unexpecting times of our life. I received a referral from a friend for Abrahamson & Uiterwyk and I’m beyond glad I did. I called them while I was in the hospital and they walked me through the entire process along with my legal rights for care. The legal team stood by me, checking in to see how I was doing until my case closed. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and care that they showed during such a difficult time. I would highly recommend Abrahamson and he would be the first call I make if I need someone again.

In 2019 I was involved in a slip and fall accident at a Clearwater Florida hotel. I sustained severe pain shooting of my back and immediately went to the hospital. When I came back I noticed that it was a lot of slippery algae type substance at the entrance to the hotel. The next day I contacted Abrahamson & Uiterwyk. After visiting with several doctors because I was in constant pain from the injuries I ultimately had two spinal fusion surgeries one year apart. My attorney assigned to my case was Mr Thomas Gacio, from the very first meeting with Thom I realized I was in good hands not only was he professional prompt and very forthcoming in details about my case, but Mr Gacio also had a very talented paralegal who worked hand in hand on my case I can't say enough good things about Andrea Frier. Together the three of us kept in communication for over 2 and 1/2 years and worked hand in hand together as in any professional situation every now and then small issues pop up not only were they handled with professionalism but promptly. After initially being offered only about 7,500 by the opposition insurance company Mr. Gasio represented my case during a mediation hearing I watched as he handled the negotiations expertly and we ended up getting more than I ever thought we would not only that but Andrea took the time to negotiate my medical bills down substantially and after everything was said and done and now that I'm feeling much better I could not recommend this law firm more!
