After being involved in an auto accident with 14 friends in 2012 I returned home to Wisconsin and had to have two surgeries on my wrist, the second resulting in a fusion. Their insurance company contacted me and flat out said they would only be responsible for $10,000. (Florida no fault law) I engaged a local attorney who said he couldn't be a lot of help because he wasn't licensed in Florida. Tried contacting many firms in Florida without luck. I was able to contact Mr. Abrahamson thru a friend. He called me on a Saturday, met with his staff on Monday and from that point on everything was taken care of. I can't say enough about the professionalism and compassion of everyone involved in my case. They returned calls in a timely manner and took away any worries about having to deal with insurance companies. The settlement I received was much more than I expected. This firm is evasive to say the least. They rarely return phone calls and when they do they do not freely convey information. I am still waiting for someone to return my phone call. If possible, I would suggest you look elsewhere for representation.
