No matter how many questions I had. He walked us through the case step by step so we knew what to expect. I was very happy with the end result and I highly recommend his services.

I am very disappointed with the service or lack thereof with Abrahamson & Uiterwyk. I had a slip and fall in early August and hired Abrahamson & Uiterwyk after researching lawyers. We had the initial phone call with my lawyer scheduled, but he was a no show and had his assistant call me after the scheduled time to let me know that he was stuck in a hearing which I completely understand. The call was rescheduled for the following day, but again, he was a no show, and this time nobody reached out to let me know. I understand that everyone is busy these days, but I had to clear my work calendar, not once, but twice to be disregarded by this law firm. My time doesn’t seem as valuable as theirs. I followed up multiple times and never received anything in return, and then I finally received a certified letter informing me that they decided to remove themselves from my case. I would completely understand if my case was going to be too difficult or not enough of a settlement for your firm to continue the engagement, but I am mostly disappointed in the lack of common courtesy and communication. Unfortunately, I have wasted over a month of my time trying to work through this while receiving treatment for the fall and will now have to start over with another law firm.

I worked very closely with Kelly Anne Kelly who was our contact person for our auto accident.She was so professional, always responded within a day and was easy to work with. She provided me with details as they arose and worked very hard to get answers from those who treated us medically. I have never worked with such a quality person for such a long time. She never wavered from her excellent service during our case. She negotiated and worked tirelessly with our difficult medical providers. I am so impressed with her and highly recommend her to everyone. Our attorney was Dana Hoffman and he was excellent too. He negotiated many times on our behalf and we received more money than we expected. He also responded quickly to us and made sure my husband and I understood the legal ramifications of everything. He was very pleasant and a top notch attorney. We really appreciate and are grateful for the excellent service we received. I give them a 5 out of 5.

This was the worst law firm we have dealt with. We had a slip and fall case that we hired them for. They rescheduled our first appointment and then missed the rescheduled appointment. They ignored emails and didn't return calls. After a few weeks we received a letter saying they don't want to continue our case, but gave no further explanation. I am extremely disappointed with the way we were handled by this firm. If you need an attorney look elsewhere.
