Just saw his commercial. Was thinking about when I got hit by a car, been a few years ago. Was in physical therapy 3 times a week for several months. Couldn't look for work let alone work. All totaled cost me about 6-7 months of my life and the settlement with Geico took about a year and a half. How much did I get? 5,000. 5 thousand dollars. They'll say it was my choice, either that or go to trial which could take another year or more and I might not get a penny. I'm way behind on my bills remember, what would you do? Just riding my bike in Oldsmar and some lady whips out of a parking lot and lays me out in the middle of Tampa Road. I'm sorry, for what happened to me and get a measly 5k, paid my physical therapy which I could have got at the VA hospital free, I'm a military veteran. Do your due diligence, check around, these personal injury Attorneys aren't necessarily the great guys they portray. They knew the driver was wrong, alleviates any risk, they'll bring that up I'm sure, "we don't get paid unless we win." Believe me, I didn't win a dam thing when all was said and done, I lost, big time. In response to their response, the attorney at the settlement hearing, again approximately a year and a half later, nice guy but he couldn't negotiate his way out of a paper bag. Having been in sales for some time now and understanding the "art of negotiation" he just got steamrolled by the Geico Attorneys. His effort was quite frankly weak too. Don't know who he was, I never even met Chris Ligori. So again due diligence, who's actually working for you, which attorney, what priority are you to them. It's a long time ago but I don't like someone misrepresenting my situation, that's not right, nor is lying.

I am very unhappy with the service I have been receiving. From the beggining of the case I was barely informed of anything going on. Communication has always been lacking. It’s almost a year later and still going. I was told going on four weeks ago now that the attorney handling my case would be working everyday to get it finished by that Friday. Since then every week it’s still not been completed. I’ve called every day for the last week and asked to speak to the attorney handeling my case, the case manager and Christopher. This is now going on the second week and I haven’t heard back from anyone. Very disapointing.

John and Andrea were great. They helped win my case and went above and beyond. Would recommend 100% very happy with the results and the process of it all. Was guided knowledgeably through each scenario and possible outcome.
