I am extremely happy with the outcome of my misdemeanor case as handled by Alex Mendez. My charges required a one year jail sentence but due to Alex’s skill in negotiation with the State Prosecutor’s Office he got my sentence lowered to participation in the Misdemeanor Intervention Program for 3 to 6 months instead of the initial offers of 6 to 12 months probation. With probation this conviction would have required a guilty plea and would have stayed on my record. With the MIP program the charges will be dropped after successful completion of the program. I met Brian Shrader back in 2013, he represented me on a case, he did an awesome job. I was very impressed with him. Ever since, if I questions about legal advice, he has helped. So when I got into an accident on November 9th, 2021. I contacted his firm, and recieved a call back right away from Alex. Brian, Alex, and Kellie, I knew, right away that I was in good hands. Any time I would call, they would get back to me within the hour. When i had my neck surgery. They would call and check on me, and to give me updates on what they were working on. Then sent a demand, all the pictures and documents, to the insurance company and gave them 30 days, to comply. Within 2 weeks the demand was met. I never had to go to court, that was a blessing itself. The dedication and quality of this firms work produced an accurateand positive outcome for me.
