Erica and her team saved us from a pretty terrible situation another attorney in Tampa put us in. Stepparent adoptions can be complicated but in our case it shouldn't have been and Erica righted all the wrongs and treated us with dignity and respect. We have struggled with the biological mother of my stepson (or I should say now my son!) for several years now. They have no relationship since a newborn. There isn't a single thing we could say negative about the Jeanne T. Tate Law Firm. As a blended family, we adopted our respective children and expected both cases to be contested - a scary prospect. Rob fought so hard for me, my child, and the birth mom! I had a situation that was not as simplistic as some, and Rob did not give up until I held my child. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for attorney Barbara Ginn and her paralegal Daneille Stewart.
