Chad Young, this guy is extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and Kind. He called me because I had an issue with a fire situation, his company didn't handle my type of cases, but he still called me to discuss the situation and refer me to someone who might be able to help, all the time he spent was for free, If I ever need Claims lawyers ( God Forbid lol) I will go to him first for sure. This firm is who you must hire if you have insurance issues. The company went bankrupt and FIGA took over the case. Matt handled everything for us and kept us informed. Dealing with the government is not easy, you have to hire his team if you want peace in your mind.

Matt has recently handled a hurricane claim for me and several of my neighbors, all of us being extremely happy with the results. He and his staff exhibited professionalism and competency. He is aggressive and all of us obtained settlements for all damages including his fees and expenses. In my particular case, due to the companies bad faith, my settlement was far greater than just the damages.

I worked with Erin and Chad on an issue I was having with my new construction home. They were absolutely amazing, tenacious, unforgiving, honest, and direct in regards to everything associated with the lawsuit. Erin ensured that she had all the information and necessary documents and current inspections before even filing suit, front loading everything to leave even less recourse for the builder. They might be a smaller firm but did not shy away from and destroyed the opposing council despite them coming from a larger "more powerful" firm. I cannot give them enough accolades. From start to finish there was nothing but professionalism. I highly recommend.
