Jeff Leiser was the 5th attorney I talked to about a case that I was losing. Everyone else that I talked to told me to plan on filing BK because they did not see me overcoming the case. A copier company was coming after me for a lot of money for a contract that I signed a personal guarantee on. My former partners defaulted on the lease a few years after I left the company. Although I was no longer associated with the company and had releases signed by my former associates taking responsibility for the lease the copier company denied any knowledge of this and came after me for the balance and was winning because I could not find an attorney to help. When I meet Jeff the other side was already close to a final judgment against me. Last week the court dismissed the case in my favor. I had a landlord tenant case that I had to deal with, where the landlord was pursuing me for negligence. The minute I consulted with Jeff, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful to me. He got my case with them to be thrown out, but the other side kept coming back and pursuing me. Jeff is aggressive each time they came back and got their case to be thrown out again. As time progress, the other side wanted to have deposition and mediation. As my case went to deposition and mediation, he made sure i understood the process along the way and clearly know what is the next step. He help me close the case quickly and I'm very happy with the result I have with him. Jeff helped me in a dispute with Sun Cove Realty over a rental deposit they withheld. He understood that I was not as interested in getting my money back as I was in making sure they did not do this to anybody else. With that in mind he got not just a settlement, but a judgement against them. And of course my entire deposit back plus legal fees. This was not a case that was going to make him a lot of money, but he treated it like it was worth a million dollars. He kept me updated through the entire process, even calling me from the courthouse as the defendants were arguing with each other over their next move. It does my heart good to know there are still lawyers out there like Jeff. I would want to have him on my side again if we ever need it. And I would certainly recommend him to anybody.

Attorney Lieser, is one of the most honest, compassinate, knowledgeable, and professional attorney's I have worked with. My mom and I hired Mr. Jeff Lieser about a month ago regarding a Landlord/Tenant dispute. My mom moved into an apartment complex in May 2011, during this time, we noticed some spots on the ceiling and walls due to water damage. The manager at the apartment complex led us to believe that the roof and water damage would be repaired immediately.
