I've known Matt both personally and professionally for 30+ years. He's always been the most caring and passionate lawyer I know. Unlike many other lawyers who have practiced for decades, Matt truly loves what he does and cares deeply about every client- and his deep commitment to technology and innovation is driven by his sheer determination to do his very best for them in an efficient and expedient manner. In the personal injury/medical malpractice arena, however, every case is different and there are many variables that can complicate, diminish or even defeat a claim- by no fault of the lawyer. Sadly, there isn't a right for every wrong. For that reason, the most any client can ask for is a lawyer who is extremely intelligent, organized, aggressive and passionate about handling their case. And that's who Matt Powell is- at his core. His excellent reputation in the legal community is both hard earned and well deserved.
