Matt knows his law!

Matt is very knowledgeable,everything from Legal to imaging and medical. Very good at explaining things that lay people can understand.

I had a great experience being represented by Mitch Espat and the results exceeded my expectations. Prior to finding Mitch, several other attorneys told me that I had a very difficult case and very low chances to win. Mitch took my case despite this and from the very beginning he was very thorough, professional and caring as my lawyer. I was always treated with respect, all my questions were answered right away and everything was explained to me so well that I always had a clear picture of what was going on and what to expect. I felt very calm and confident. Mitch turned my ‘very difficult’ case (according to other ‘big name’ lawyers) into a totally winnable case! While he was very diligently working on my legal case, I had the opportunity to put my full attention on treating my injury without any worry about how my medical bills would be paid, as he said that was his job to make that happen and my job was to treat and get well! As a result I started to recover and improve very rapidly and felt much better. However I was still nervous about going to trial but Mitch prepared me for it very well, and was very supportive during the trial – and it turned out to be a very good experience for me as well, and it was not stressful at all! Of course most important was that Mitch WON MY CASE and not only were all my medical bills taken care of, but because of his skillful handling of the whole procedure I got a great settlement as well. As a result, I am not just recovered from my accident, but Mitch’s good work brought my whole life to a new better level!
