Mr. Misa is a spectacular attorney,and a "firewall"between you and prosecution. I called Mike and he answered his phone immediately, and on his way to court I might add,listened to my case and offered solutions to my problems. Our first face to face meeting was at the courthouse I was being prosecuted at, where he was working another case, this along with his positive attitude and expertise in legal matters was just what I was looking for experience in action. I called around to several different attorneys and they were either nearly impossible to get in touch with or wanted to talk about the problems my case had not the solutions. Not Mr. Misa he was all about solutions. Once he took my case had went straight to work dismantling the states case with with a solid defense strategy. He always answered promptly about questions or concerns, and was always on top of my case, never backing down from an over zealous prosecutor, ultimately getting the charges dropped. After meeting with a couple attorneys that friends had recommended I was not satisfied so I searched the internet and came across Mr. Misa. I read the reviews and thought he sounded like the man we needed. After meeting the first time I knew I was right. He was extremely thorough in his research and found a couple of weaknesses in the legal problem we were fighting. I live up in canada and needed to hire a florida lawyer to deal with an open warrant my wife had from many years ago when she lived in florida. Needed this dealt with before we could move forward with our immigration case in canada. Was recommended michael and after several phone conversations got a good feeling about him and hired him. Found Atty Misa from an online search for an out of state Attorney for my son who had been extradited for a criminal offense he did not commit. It was a nightmare, but the response and helpfulness of Atty Misa, made it a little more bearable and dismissed! I would highly recommend him.
