Michael was hired to complete a divorce and child custody case, which was highly complicated and full of contention by the other party. It's sad when the system fails you and the State Attorney can't prove a person is lying with all the guilty evidence. But at least during the DVI case Krystal Knox proved without a reasonable doubt that the person DID commit the crime. If I could roll back time I would put Kristal on the prosecution team to teach them how it's done. Phenomenal job by Kristal Knox! I WILL rehire Kristal Knox again when I need to renew my DVI Case.

On 1 June 2016, I had my heart ripped out of me. After gather my wits, I began to search for legal representation and Ayo and Iken was the first firm that appeared on my search. I called to setup an appointment and I could feel the compassion through the phone. It was then I knew this was the place for me. When I walked through the door on 3 June 2016, I heard Jeana is the conference room with another customer. Needless to say, I was impressed, however, she would exceed my expectations with her dedication to the case, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Fast forward 2 May 2017, my court date and day of judgement. If I did not have Jeana on my team that day, I believe the outcome would have not favored me. Instead, I was vindicated of my allegations, and my daughter will continue to have her devoted and loving father in her life. We have been dealing with a nasty custody battle for the past 4 years. We came to Mr. Mcginn as a last resort because we were not getting anywhere with the child's mother. When we came to Mr. McGinn he sat down with us and allowed us to tell him our situation, he asked tons of questions and in the end of the conversation asked us what we would like to get out of our case. My boyfriend was requesting every other weekend Mr. Mcginn made us aware that we were entitled to 50-50 custody and regardless of what anyone had told us in the past that if that was what we wanted that is what he would fight for. The ease at which we went through the case was amazing and even after receiving our initial custody arrangement he assisted us through her mother attempting to make us lose the custody we fought so hard to get. Every time you spoke to those who did it with dignity and respect. He is not one of those condescending lawyers he truly wants to help. I will recommend him to anyone that asked me I have already made over 20 recommendations and will continue to as long as he is practicing. Like my title stated 2 years later our family is whole and we have him to thank for that.
