I have been dealing with attorneys for 30 years, both personally and professionally. Richard Mockler and his team are quite simply the best I have seen. Richard is the Harvey Specter of the real world and subtlety makes opposing attorneys (and their clients) look like the "attorneys" who represented Amber Heard... brilliance versus bumblers. King Kong versus an ants. Yeah, he's that good. The best of the best take command of courtrooms without constantly huffing and puffing; instead they recognize the nuances needed to effectively prosecute their case before judges and juries. No one does it better than Richard; his attention to every detail and every syllable spoken is beyond extraordinary. Let me start by saying Id been through two other family attorneys before finding Richard. I can honestly say I’m very lucky to have found Mr Mockler when I did. Things weren’t going well and it was very stressful, One of the hardest times of my life. I only wish I had found him sooner, it wound’ve saved a lot of time and heartache. Mr. Mockler , was extremely knowledgeable. This was something I needed going thru a very tough divorce which lasted over 1yr. I'm glad I found someone(Mr. Mockler was recommended) with the necessary legal grasp because wow I tell you the request made by opposing attorney were ridiculous. I’m a retired Special Operations Army Officer. I was married 28 years and working as an ex-Pat overseas when my EX filed for divorce. I had a lame “collaborative” attorney who just drained my bank account. I searched for a Lawyer who was former military and knew how to win. Thankfully, I found Richard. He is the smartest, hardest working, professional I’ve ever met in the legal world. He took on 3 lawyers from my Ex-wife and we finalized a deal the night before our trial date in 2015. Then in 2020, my ex sued me for contempt of court involving a complicated military pay issue. We went to trial this time and Richard was like Joe Frazier in the boxing ring. We prevailed he saved me 10s of 1000s of dollars. I don’t usually write endorsements for anything but, this law firm deserves even more than I have shared here. Whoever left the 1 Star is obviously a fake or disgruntled. No way this guy is less than 5 stars.

Choosing Richard to represent me in a recent civil matter regarding a false Injunction for protection was truly the best decision.
